Bataka
The pioneers of Ugandan Hip-Hop were also one of
the founders of the East Coast scene, playing in Tanzania. The debut
release was a blend of Afro-Funk and Rap. Unfortunately, two members
left for Canada. However there are plans for a reunion in 2004. Stay
tuned for news.
